Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. This service requires a signature.
Certain areas in northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take longer.
All orders up to £50 excluding p&p will be shipped free of charge. Orders below that value will incur a p&p cost of £4.50
A guaranteed delivery day will incur a £10 surcharge including orders which qualify for free delivery.
Larger orders may be sent with a courier and will require a signature
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days or sooner of order receipt
If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with your chocolates in any
way, you must advise us within 7 days and return them back to us within 28 days
of receipt of goods
We do not deliver to P.O Box numbers nor can we take payment from a payment
card where the billing address contains a P.O. Box number
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs.
We cannot take any responsibility for delivery delays due to these inspections
As we use a third party for deliveries, we cannot take responsibility for any orders
delayed as a result of postal strikes, transport strikes, flood, drought, civil
commotion, legislation
We can deliver internationally but cannot accept any responsibility for orders that
have been heat damaged
If delivering to a business address, we cannot accept responsibility if someone
other than the intended recipient signs for receipt of order
If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with your chocolates in any
way, you must advise us within 7 days and return them back to us within 28 days of
receipt of goods. We will then send out a replacement or refund.
Unless specified otherwise, chocolate selections in mixed boxes will vary
If a particular item is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours of receipt of
order. If we cannot contact you before your requested delivery date, we reserve the
right to substitute with a suitable alternative
We reserve the right to delay or expedite orders if the weather conditions become
too hot. We will make every effort to inform you should this be the case.
Payment
All payment cards will be authorised before order will be despatched. We cannot
accept responsibility for any orders delayed due to incomplete or incorrect
payment details
If you are sending payment by cheque, please allow 5 working days for payment
to clear before order is despatched
If you are placing an order via email, please include a contact number so that we
can call you for your payment details. Please do not send credit card details via
email as it may not be secure.
