Dark chocolate shell filled with a fresh cream strawberry ganache, layered with a balsamic reduction. Handmade by our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa Min): Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. White Chocolate (29% Cocoa Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder (19 % Milk Solids Min), Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Fresh Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Strawberry Flavour Paste (Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Strawberries (15%), Beetroot Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavouring, Ethanol, Acidifier Citric Acid, Colouring Plant Concentrates (Apple, Safflower, Lemon). Balsamic Vinegar (9%)(Wine Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must. Contains Sulphur Dioxide). Colour: Cocoa Butter, Colours: E129*, E102*.
