Sticky Toffee Caramels
Milk chocolate and fresh cream ganache studded with raisins soaked in dark rum. Dipped in 70% dark chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder. Hand made by our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.
Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (38% Cocoa Solids Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder (23% Milk Solids Min), Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Salt. Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa Min): Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Rum Soaked Raisins (16%).
