****Delivery update - 20th April 2020****
We are continuing to take orders online. Standard shipping is now £3.75. In line with current conditions a signature is not required on delivery.
Free delivery is available on all orders over £30.
We will be delivering free of charge within 10 miles of the shop on all orders over £10. Please allow 4 days for the delivery to take place.
If placing an order for free local delivery, choose store pickup at the checkout and write "please deliver" or similar in the comments section. Please can you also state somewhere that your package can be left safely as we won't be able to give an exact time or day when the delivery will take place. We will email you to say it has been delivered.
There will not be people at our business premises all the time, so whilst you can call 01491 414485 please allow us up to 3 days to respond to any answer phone messages. If you can email email@example.com you should receive a reply sooner.

Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery. This is a 1-2 day service after dispatch. This service requires a signature.
Certain areas in northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands may take longer.
Standard shipping is charged at £3.95 per order. All orders over £30 now receive free shipping. A guaranteed delivery day will be charged at £10. This does not currently include Saturdays. Next day delivery is not usually possible. Please call before placing order to check.
Larger orders may be sent with a courier and will require a signature
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days or sooner of order receipt
If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy with your chocolates in anyway, you must advise us within 7 days and return them back to us within 28 days of receipt of goods.
We do not deliver to P.O Box numbers nor can we take payment from a payment card where the billing address contains a P.O. Box number
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs.
We cannot take any responsibility for delivery delays due to these inspections
As we use a third party for deliveries, we cannot take responsibility for any orders delayed as a result of postal strikes, transport strikes, flood, drought, civil commotion, legislation
All delivery prices are for delivery with the U.K. For Europe, delivery charge is a £10 flat rate. Rest of the World - £25 flat rate. No returns or refunds are possible for international deliveries that fail to arrive. No exceptions. Deliveries to the USA are regularly held up at customs or at delivery depots, we can not be held responsible for any delay.
If delivering to a business address, we cannot accept responsibility if someone other than the intended recipient signs for receipt of order.
Unless specified otherwise, chocolate selections in mixed boxes may vary.
If a particular item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of order. If we cannot contact you before your requested delivery date, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable alternative
We reserve the right to delay or expedite orders if the weather conditions become too hot. We will make every effort to inform you should this be the case.
All payment cards will be authorised before order will be despatched. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed due to incomplete or incorrect payment details.
If you are placing an order via email, please include a contact number so that we can call you for your payment details. Please do not send credit card details via email as it may not be secure.
