After a somewhat lengthy ordering procedure just for me disappointed that I could not order via telephone call, as in the past, I managed with the help of staff, to send my the selected order. It arrived on time, still cool, despite the heat and the whole order was perfect and delicious. Thank you for your help 🙏🙏🙏

But received a full refund. Now THAT is what I call customer service. Bitterly disappointed but can't blame the chocolatier for delivery issues!
