Dark chocolate and fresh cream ganache infused with fresh mint and dipped in our very dark 70% chocolate. Hand made by our Chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.
Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa Min): Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Fresh Cream (Milk) Infused with Fresh Mint Leaves (25%), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol. Decoration: Crystallised Mint Leaves (Sugar, Natural Mint Leaves (2%), Acacia Gum, Colours: E102, E132).
