Sticky Toffee Caramels
Intensely fruity white chocolate and fresh cream ganache dipped in white chocolate and decorated with candied orange or lemon peel. Hand made by our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.
Ingredients: White Chocolate (29% Cocoa Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder (19 % Milk Solids Min), Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Fresh Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Orange Oil, Lemon Oil. Candied Orange or Lemon Peel (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Salt, Citric Acid, Preservatives: Sorbic Acid, Sulphur Dioxide (Sulphites).

These chocolates contain fresh cream and have a four week shelf life from dispatch.
