Velvety smooth white chocolate and fresh cream ganache infused with pink Marc de Champagne and dipped in smooth milk chocolate. Handmade by our chocolatiers in Henley-on-Thames.
Ingredients: Milk Chocolate (38% Cocoa Solids Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder (23% Milk Solids Min), Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Salt. White Chocolate (29% Cocoa Min): Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder (19 % Milk Solids Min), Anhydrous Milk Fat, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Fresh Cream (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Sorbitol, Marc de Champagne (3%). Decoration: Sugar, Colours: E171, E129, E102, E133, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin.
